I had an amazing experience with this shop. I had my car towed there after it was stolen and they did the absolute most they could to help. The process was horribly slow and frustrating due to my insurance but the shop was persistent with my insurance adjuster and always called me with updates. Once my insurance had finalized approval, they had the car done in less than 48 hours. AMAZING! They even cleaned out all the gross crap from when it was stolen. Truly 5 star service. They also sent me a lovely card with a coupon in the mail! i didn’t check my mail for a couple weeks so i didn’t see it in time but an amazing gesture! could not have been more pleased with my service here!…

I went here for the first time for an oil change because I had a coupon. They were so helpful and nice! Dan at the counter was super nice and even helped put a show on the tv for my little boy. It was one of the first places I’ve been to that actually checked everything out and didn’t try to get me to do a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. Honest folks! I’ll be back 😀…

Walk in on Saturday noon to do an estimate for headlight installation service. They provided me an affordable quote and able to do it within an hour. They finished quicker than promised and help seal the front bumper at no extra cost. Smooth service makes my life easier. Thank you….

Travis and Todd You guys are the best . I have a lot that needs to be done to my car but we found a starting point and you both took off running. What I appreciated the most was the customer service it was unmatched! I was referred by “Tony ” who works there as well his is awesome as well. ( Thank you for the referral) and he didn’t disappoint. The service started with the phone call Todd and Travis were so Professional and courteous I didn’t know what to expect they called at every finding to advise me of the many issues with my car. Had a great experience gettin my daughter’s car ready to move cross country. They checked everything and made recommendations. Her car is is new to her, but it’s 20 years old. It needed a lot of basic maintenance taken care of. It wasn’t cheap, but I left like they really gave me the best price and service they could. They told me which things could maybe wait, and which really were important at this time. I will feel much more comfortable setting out on the long drive after the work they completed. Communication was great….

Great experience. Todd was great in helping me find a good deal on new tires within my budget. I knew my car was going to need some mechanical repairs as well. The team there went over everything thoroughly so I was able to get a good breakdown of these along with quotes. Brianna at the front desk was friendly and SO helpful! Walked in here today with my tired BMW thinking I would need to make an appointment to help with a nagging battery problem. Nope! They handled me on the spot. Been coming here for years. Always get great service at a fair price. Thanks Eagle Tire for taking such good care of our community. Love you guys! Update: Problem was not completely resolved. Installed new battery but many system warning persist. Unfortunately had to take it to a different place with the BMW expert who knows how to program new batteries. Already paid $700 and they wanted to charge more labor to clear error codes. Cost was too much for this problem to persist. Problem was eventually resolved by going to BMW NW to clear the codes….
